I actually had an opposite experience. Mid day, mid week flight so I think that affects entry. I enjoyed my apps and enjoyed the healthy options and nicely seasoned cooked vegetables they offered! I’ve never had that at a lounge before.

I don’t know what others are saying. They may have gotten here when things are busy. We were able to get in with PPs (4 of us). Decent food, not loud, I’m not sure what I can ask more

You have to be here at the right time. I am a Priority Pass member. I’m having encountered many of these events that you guys complain about coming in to this lounge. But that’s because the lounge is at capacity. Ideally when you make flight booking , plan accordingly. Priority Pass identifies the peak hours. Same process using my Emerald status with BA. The food is always good here along with the beverage selection. Nice Pilsner ((

I use priority pass across the country and have been to many United and Delta lounges. This one is tiny but spotless. Service is nice and the little buffet is good. And the coffee machines work haha. Self serve bottomless mimosas though? How can I give anything but 5 stars.

Smallish lounge, was told I can only stay using priority pass for 1 hr due to an incoming flight. Food selection is ok. A bit crowded but mostly quiet. Power plugs are sparse. It works for a short stay.

April 2025 - weekday morning Like others have noted, I also greatly prefer this lounge to the China Airlines lounge. The food and drink offerings are better and the space feels more modern. I especially enjoyed the nut offering they had, which included my favorite pistachios.

What sets this lounge above from the rest and clearly grants it 5 stars is the staff is really professional and friendly. They even do rounds announcing upcoming departures to ensure that passengers do not miss their flights. The space is spotlessly clean as staff are extremely meticulous, i watched their cleaning staff thoroughly clean and wipe down even the legs of tables. Come here for a little respite on your travels!

Surprisingly great lounge! Given the low Google rating, I was a bit skeptical, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The space is relatively small, but it wasn't crowded at all — when I arrived, I had the entire place to myself. They offer hot food that actually tastes good. I had the pasta with meatballs, and it was honestly just as delicious as what you'd get at a local SF cafe. Another big plus is the drink selection. Free spirits are rare in US airport lounges, but here you can actually pour yourself Jim Beam or vodka. They also have good French wine from Bordeaux and decent beer. Overall, a very solid lounge. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m flying through SFO!

This is a very good lounge on the international terminal of SFO: atmosphere is inviting, food and drinks offerings are quite good with an option for live counter hot food and drinks are self service and good selection. Staff have a polite and service attitude which is quite in contrast to Virgin club just a floor up! Worth a visit! I wish they could add more vegetarian offerings!

I don’t think the low score was fair for this lounge. Eva Airlines use this lounge for their Gold card member. I’m very happy with the staff and the food and beverage options. Those staffs are friendly and polite, also very efficient. Hot food is hot and cold food and drinks are always nice and cold. They also replenish the buffet quickly! Only thing that I can think of for improvement is the chairs. Bit more comfortable sofa would be nice.
